Element Square products are constructed of the highest grade materials and are built to exacting standards. We stand behind this quality and warrant our products sold to the original owner against defects in workmanship and material for ten years from date of purchase.
This warranty is for products sold for residential use only and does not apply to commercial sales. It is made to the original purchaser only, and is effective only if items are purchased from an authorized dealer.
What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from shipping, improper handling or assembly, improper maintenance, alteration, abuse, accident, misuse, tampering, acts of God or normal wear and tear.
Although our products are manufactured using the finest colour pigments available for applications of long term outdoor exposure, due to variables affecting usage as well as differences in climate and UV exposure colour fastness is excluded from this warranty.
Some of our products contain fabrics. These fabrics are covered by a One Year Limited Warranty against manufacturers defects and are not part of our Ten Year Limited Warranty.
Any costs related to packaging, brokerage or shipping, either for returns or for replacement products, to or from your residential home, to either the dealer of record or our factory, are not covered by this warranty.
Element Square will not have any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the breach of this warranty.
Claim Procedure
To obtain service, a claim must be made by the original purchaser through the authorized retailer of record.
Please be prepared to provide pictures and proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is necessary to proceed with a claim.
No returns will be accepted by our factory directly without prior written authorization from our customer service department.
